projects currently being reviewed by the Wasatch County Planning Office.
The report shows development projects that are larger than 5 units and
that are defined as commercial, mixed use or residential land use.
Industrial projects and developments consisting of 5 units or less are
not shown due to differences in the development approval process.
Along with the development project name, the
following information about each development is provided:

The projects are sorted by planning areas
as defined in the Wasatch County General Plan.
