This tool will only locate an address in Wasatch County and is limited to the residential areas. The street type is required and works best if abbreviated but the street direction can be left out. The best format to use is shown below.
[House Number] [Direction] [Street Name] [Street Type]
123 N Sage Brush Ln OR 123 E Mill Rd
Find Parcel Tool
This tool searches the Recorders parcel data for a parcel number. The number will be in this format [00-0000-0000], but the actual number will look more like this, [00-0008-1234]. When entering in the number, you can leave the leading zeros off but must put in the dashes. For example, if I were to enter in the number above it would look like this, 8-1234.
If you want to create a map showing the selected parcel and the attributes of the parcel, use the Print tool. The print tool has an option to print table results for the selected parcel.

The Print Tool
Selecting the Print tool is the first step to creating an 8X11 printable page. The box that pops up is for setting the parameters of the map you will be creating.
The first step is to change the title you want to be displayed at the top of the page.
Next select the map image size that will be displayed on the page under the title. The map image that is created will be a square image of the map displayed. For best results, resize your browser window so the map is close to square before creating the print page.
Below the Map Size will be a list of search results, if you used any of the Find Tools. If you would like the attributes of a selected result to be show on the map, select the box next to it so a check mark will appear.
Select the Create Print Page to create the map. A separate page will pop up and the map will be created.
