Subscription Services

YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION
Online access to computerized & scanned tract indexes (abstracts), ownership maps, old tax cards, and articles of incorporations are available via the internet by subscription basis. Please review the contract that can be found below. For more information please contact Don Wood (435) 657-3196. (Initial setup fees may apply)

Fees:

• $1,500 per year (access to tax system, required) 
• $1,000 per year (access to Recorder's map and Indexes not available via tax system, optional)
• $1,000 Account Setup Fee (Required for all new accounts or expired accounts)
