MISSION STATEMENT
It is the purpose of this office to protect the various public monuments that the properties of the county, public and private, are tied to and to act as a resource for the public, the county departments and county management as it pertains to the placement of ownership parcels in Wasatch County.

SERVICES TO THE PUBLIC

1. Review of subdivisions for county, and all cities and towns
2. Review plats of all district, town or city annexations
3. Access to all filed record of surveys
4. Access to all filed section corner tie sheets
5. City and Town boundary map

Recording Fee

$20 a sheet

This application will help surveyors doing work in the area find what surveys have been filed in a specified area.

This is the public access for Subdivisions, Annexations, and other recorded documents.

On-Line Mapping and Section, Township and Range Look up Service

Need to find the section, township and range of a property? This map service will help with locating sections, townships, roads, addresses, parcels, subdivisions, city boundaries, view aerial images and print an 8X11 map.
