Refund Policy for Parks and Recreation

Refunds for sports or activities are only given a minimum of one week prior to the beginning of the program.  If the program has filled and others have been turned away from registration, no refunds will be given unless the spot can be filled.  A $5 refund fee will be charged on all sports and activity refunds.  Extenuating circumstances are occasionally considered.

 

Refunds for rental of any of the Recreation Center Facilities will only be given up to one week prior of the reservation date for the classrooms and no less than 24 hours prior for the sports facilities.  Refunds for park pavilions will only be given up to one week prior to the reserved date.  All of these refunds will be charged a $5 fee.  Extenuating circumstances are occasionally considered.

 

All memberships are non-refundable.
