Dear Vendor,
Welcome!!!
Thank you for your interest in the Mountain Valley Fair Days
Country Market. Following is information on the booth spaces.
The prices will be for July 29th (Wednesday) through August 1st
(Saturday). The market is an outdoor event. We are looking
forward to see you there.
Space Size:
The spaces are 12'x12'. You may rent as many
spaces as you need. Each vendor provides their own canopy and
tables. This year every booth will have electricity.
Space
Assignment:
Both spaces
will be assigned. Check in is on Wednesday, 4:00 pm until 6:00
pm. Check in with Angle Bonner or Peggy McKenzie at the
information booth.

Health
Department:
All food
Vendors are required to apply for a temporary Health Permit
and follow the Wasatch County
Health Department guidelines.
Parking: We
will not allow any vehicles onto the County Market grounds.
Not even during set up. You may pull up to the
curb for set up. There is plenty of parking at the school across
the street. No parking will be allowed on the curb during fair
hours. The street will be blocked off and no one will be allowed
to park on the street.
Sales Tax:
It is your responsibility to collect and send in
sales tax. A Temporary tax form will be provided upon check in,
that you will be required to fill out and mail to the Tax Dept
at the end of the fair.
Your payment
fee must be included with your application. Space assignment
will be delayed if it is not included. Returned Checks will
result in the cancellation of the space reserved. No refunds
will be given after the start of the fair.
Occasionally
we will have more than one vendor selling a particular product.
We do our very best to inform each vendor if that possibility
exists. Please when you fill out your application list
all of item in detail. If you bring items that you did not list
you will be asked to take them from your booth.

We are very
excited about this years Country Market. The carnival will bring
in more people than last year. The entertainment will be very
good this year, with more events happening, We have made
improvements and are truly working towards the best we've had.
