"Baby You're a Star"

Place: Fair Park Stage (Approximately 100 S. 1000 W.)
Time: 4:00 P.M. (Check-in begins 20 minutes prior)
This Contest is for children 36 months and under at the time of the contest. There are many prizes to be awarded! Every child will receive a gift. There is a $15.00 entrance fee which includes entry into three categories. It also includes a free sitting with Photography for a 5x7 photo to enter into the Most Photogenic category. All participants will automatically be entered into the Most Photogenic category. There is a limited entry of 20 participants per category.

Entry Deadline is July 25, 2012.
No late entries will be accepted.
Photos for the photo contest will be taken on July 25, 2012 from 9:00-11:00 am or 5:00-7:00 pm. Any entries after July 25th must provide their own 5x7 photo to be entered in the photo contest.
Registration forms, fees, 5x7 photo, and waivers must be returned to the Wasatch County Recreation Center located at 345 West 600 South in Heber City, Utah. For more information call (435) 657-3240.
