Dear Vendor,

    

Welcome!!!  Thank your for your interest in the Wasatch County Fair Days Country Market.  Following is the information about booths and vendor requirements.  The prices will be for August 1 - August 4.  The market is an outdoor event.  We look forward to seeing you there.

 

Space Size:  Each space is 12'x12'.  You may rent as many spaces as you need.  Each vendor is responsible for providing their own canopies and tables.  Electricity will be provided to every booth.

 

Space Assignment:  All spaces will be assigned.  Check in is Wednesday from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.  Check in with Angie Bonner or Peggy McKenzie at the information booth.

 

Space Fee: 

 

Wasatch Resident Craft Booth $100 plus $25 for power
Non-resident Craft Booth $150 plus $25 for power
Wasatch Resident Food Booth $100 plus $25 for power
Non-Resident Food Booth $150 plus $25 for power
Non-Profit

$50 plus $25 for power

 

 

Health Department:  All food vendors are required to apply for a temporary foods permit and must follow the Wasatch County Health Department guidelines.

 

Parking:  We will not allow any vehicle onto the Country Market grounds.  This includes during designated setup time.    You may pull up onto the curb during setup.  No parking will be allowed on the curb during fair hours.  The street will also be blocked off and no one will be allowed to park on the street.

 

Sales Tax:  It is your responsibility to collect and send in sales tax.  A temporary tax form will be provided upon check in.  You will be required to fill out and mail this form to the tax department at the end of the fair.

 

Your payment must be included with your application.  Space assignment will be delayed if it is not included.  Your application does not reserve your space without payment.  Returned checks will result in the cancellation of your reserved space.  No refunds will be given after the start of the fair.

 

Occasionally we will have more than one vendor selling a particular product.  We do our very best to inform each vendor if the possibility of a similar item exists.  When you fill out your application please list all of the items in detail.  If you bring items that are not on your list of items you will be asked to remove them from your booths.
