Cancer Screening Program

Our health department puts great emphasis on early detection and treatment of breast and cervical cancer.  The health department offers screening, risk assessment, and education for breast and cervical cancer through its cancer screening services. Clinics are held twice monthly, please call 435-657-3307 for an appointment.

Mammograms are provided free of charge, if you qualify by age and by your finances, through the Utah Cancer Control Program.  Mammograms can be scheduled at Heber Valley Medical Center as well as other participating provider.  Go to http://www.utahcancer.org/ for more information on the Utah Cancer Control Program.
